Delicious grilled chicken wrap with fresh vegetables served on a colorful plate.
  • Quick and easy – This recipe comes together in just about 30 minutes, making it perfect for busy weeknights or easy lunches.
  • Minimal ingredients – You only need a handful of simple ingredients, and most of them are pantry staples.
  • Customizable – You can add croutons for crunch, bacon for a salty bite, or even sub in kale or spinach.
  • Meal prep friendly – Grill a batch of chicken ahead of time and assemble wraps as needed throughout the week!

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – I like to use chicken breasts for a lean protein option, but you could also use thighs if you prefer juicier meat. Just make sure to adjust the cooking time as needed.

Olive oil – A little oil helps the chicken stay juicy and gives it a nice char on the grill. You can also use avocado oil or any neutral oil you like.

Garlic powder & onion powder – These simple seasonings bring out a lot of flavour without overpowering the Caesar dressing.

Salt & pepper – Don’t skip these! Even basic seasoning goes a long way in building flavour for the chicken.

Romaine lettuce – Classic for a Caesar wrap! It’s super crisp and holds up well, even when tossed with dressing. Chop it fairly small so it’s easy to wrap.

Caesar dressing – Use your favourite store-bought brand or make it from scratch if you’ve got the time. Either way, you want something creamy and bold.

Shaved Parmesan cheese – Shaved Parmesan adds a salty bite and makes it feel more like a real Caesar salad in wrap form. You can use grated if that’s what you have, but shaved is best for texture.

Flour tortillas – I recommend using large, burrito-size tortillas so you can really load them up without everything falling out. Warm them a little first to make wrapping easier!

Add bacon for a salty, smoky twist.

Swap Caesar for ranch or garlic aioli if you want a different flavour.

Make it spicy with a drizzle of hot sauce or chipotle mayo.
